DIY JOY blocks

Having a hard time not decorating for Christmas already! I have been busy having craft days at my house once a week for the past few weeks! They are mostly Christmas Crafts! Here is one we did a few weeks ago! 1ft JOY blocks! Love how rustic they are!! :)

momma Zumba Spandex to little girl leggings!

 My friend and I bought matching Spandex polka dot pants for when we would go shake it a ZUmba!
But..i never go anymore, SO i decided to make them into leggins for Taylor using THIS tutorial!

 She is a DoRk, and looks homeless!

Phase 1:Chalk board for playroom

I Had some extra MDF and Molding so i thought i would make this Chalkboard for my kids playroom! I bought the Chalk Board paint at Walmart and painted the MDF with Two coats, added the molding and stuck it in my playroom!

$1 Store Easter Wreath!!!

My Friend Tifini and I made this Easter Wreath for my Friend MaryAnn for her birthday!!!

I found all my supplies at the $1 Store!!

I only used 1 package of the Easter Grass (i bought 6, ha!). I used my "enemy" the Hot glue gun to attach the grass to the wreath. We actually got along and i finished the wreath without burning my fingers or cursing at all. Proud of myself!!! After it was all finished i glued on my bow!! Happy Birthday Mary Ann!!!

Easter Wreath!!(from last year)

I love when i have an idea of what i want to make and i already have all the supplies! I am definetly a craftaholic and i do need some conceling to help me control it better! The wreath i got a the Dollar tree, and the moss stuff i got a yard sale, But im pretty sure they sale the same stuff there. Arnt these the Cutest Eggs....I snagged these at Hobby lobby! MAn i wish we lived closer to that store. The coolest store we have in this small town is Dollar tree (not complaining). Anyways, im loving the nice weather (on most days) and im excited for spring and summer!

Pecan, St. Patricks Day Wreath!!

Here is my St. patricks day wreath i made last year... Love it...
Dollar store wreath and hot glued Pecans all the way around. Spray painted it white. Then for the clover i cut the shape out of card board. We all know streamers for birthday partys, i got 2 rolls for a $ 1 at the dollar store. I fold it in half and with hot glue i just bunched it all close together. WA-La! added some tule and hung it on my pantry door!

Yes some of nuts cracked when i hot glued them on.....and i burnt my finger a few times and said a few choice words...i Dislike the glue gun!

Soup Cans To CANDLe sticks!!!

How in the World Do you Get this... SOUP cans.. and make them into Candle sticks..GENIOUS!! With this idea, the possibilties are endless. Go HERE to see the Tutorial!!

St. Patrick's Day,Easy Decorations!!!

I Love St. Patricks Day for All the Weird Reasons... I love the Color Green, i love the look of a Clover, the Pinching, the Kissing and MOST of all you actomatically have LUCK on that day!!! So here are a few ideas a found surfing the Web, that i think would be easy to make!!!!

Burlap HEart Wreath!!!

I made this cute Burlap heart wreath Tonight 15 min. so easy and so cute for Valentines day. I got the idea over at Craftaholic http://diaryofacraftaholic.blogspot.com/2010/01/white-burlap-heart-door-decor-with.html She made this CUTE CUTE burlap wreath. The only thing i did different...is i used 1 hanger..i didnt cut it or anything, just bent it to the way i wanted! Also i used a yard of fabric and i think she only used 1/3.
you can use anything to make this tho...ribbion, or any other fabric that you like!
ALSO

This is another $ 1 store find...you can buy these cups LArge or small and you buy the candle stick they have a few to choose from. The picture below is a candle stick i already had...So you can do either.

This is the one that i bought at the dollar store. E6000 it together. and you have a cute decoration for any holiday!

Just add all your little nic nacs...i used most of my stuff form Christmas...these are big and small ornaments! you can basically add anything. For Christmas i stuffed them with pine cones and poinsettia's*
