  2. I love to make dish towel aprons for my kids. All you need is a dishtowel, some ribbon, and thread. Just an idea - you can come over and see them if you want!

  4. I don't know if it's for girl/boys/both but I am doing an activity with young women and they are 'Top 10 things I love about my mom" books. I will have them up soon on my blog. It is about 3x5" and I punched two holes on the end and put loose leaf rings on them to bind (could use ribbon) then decorate and number with scrapbook stuff/whatever. I've done it before and moms LOVE it.

  6. Fabric flowers for broaches or for hair clips/bands are always fun. You can use scraps so that equals cheap.
You could make quilted cards also with fabric scraps. Small ruffled throw pillows.

That is all I can think of right now. Good luck!

  7. Okay...one more. Those melamine cake stands that you drill a hole in the middle and then connect them with candle sticks or other hardware.

  8. I don't know if you have a total of $10 per person or for the whole group. But, I am doing a little crafty thing for a RS Girl's Night Out craft night teaching them how to make coasters. It comes to about $0.75 per coaster {or less}. We are having it at a sister's house whose husband works for Provo Craft so she has several Cricuts that we can use.
Here is my link to the coasters I made for gifts last Christmas. http://redberrybarn.blogspot.com/2010/01/craft-project-5-coasters.html
You will definitely have to post what you end up doing because I am like you...:)
    Have a delightful day!
