My friend Rachel owns a shop down town called Sorellas Elite Fashion and she asked if i would make her a bench to put in her window! I was so honored, i love how it turned out and i love the color!!

I absolutely love your benches! You have inspired me and i have been to a lot of thrift stores over the last few weeks. I found two old doors that I have now made a bench out of and am now going to paint them. I was curious how you painted yours. Do you use spray paint or regular latex paint? Do you put a polyurethane over your paint? Do you glaze? I want to paint mine black like your crib bench and then distress and sand it down. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks!
